What is a Semi-Automatic Partition Wall? And how to use?
What is a Semi-Automatic Partition Wall?A semi-automatic partition wall is an advanced and versatile solution designed for efficiently dividing spaces while ensuring ease of operation. Each panel features interlocking seals along the vertical profiles, complemented by electrically operated retractable seals at the top and bottom. These seals engage under pressure against the ceiling channel and floor, creating a continuous barrier. This flexible sealing mechanism accommodates variations in floor and ceiling heights, securely stabilizing the wall while offering superior insulation against sound and temperature.
✅ Sealing Functionality: When fully deployed, the panels create a complete seal, effectively isolating areas for privacy and sound control.
✅ Compact Storage: When not in use, the panels can be easily stored away, freeing up the entire space for larger gatherings or activities.
The system utilizes a ceiling track to support the moving panels, eliminating the need for cumbersome floor guides. This design enables smooth and silent operation, allowing users to quickly optimize their space by sliding the panels along the track or stacking them neatly.
The semi-automatic partition wall is perfect for diverse environments, including restaurants, meeting rooms, schools, ballrooms, hotel, wedding venues, government offices, convention centers, and many other locations. Its versatility allows for rapid reconfiguration to accommodate different functions and activities.
Watch the video below to learn how to fold and storage the semi-automatic partition wall.
1️⃣ Unlock the Panel: Insert the key into the first panel and turn it counterclockwise by 90 degrees to unlock it. Wait for the sealing strips to retract fully. Return the key to the neutral position and remove it.
2️⃣ Open the Storage Door: Release the latch on the folding panel storage room to open it.
3️⃣ Slide the First Panel: Carefully slide the first panel back into the storage area.
4️⃣ Retract Remaining Panels: Insert the key into the keyhole on the opposite side of the remaining panels and turn it counterclockwise to retract the sealing strips and telescopic elements. Return the key to the neutral position and remove it. (You'll notice that our partition wall has two door locks, one on each side.)
5️⃣ Store Remaining Panels: Gently move the remaining panels into the storage area, ensuring they are not damaged.
6️⃣ Close the Storage Door: Finally, close the storage room to complete the folding and storage process.
